I am not very qualified to answer that , Riccardo, but this is what I know:

It is very dirty, black hands when finished! You can wear rubber/plastic
gloves, however.
It his very small prickly particles that get into your skin, but if you wear
good covering clothing it's not too bad.
Grind at a slow speed to minimize dust.
Be sure to wear a good quality dust mask and have all the vacuum
system that you can put together, I had my due collector and two shop
vacs going a the same time adn that helped.
I'm sure that it is hard on regular Coun term-bores, I used carbide and
it worked well.
Buy top quality CF that is LVA? (Low Void Aerospace) Carbon Fiber,
fewer holes to fill up.
http://www.alphaknifesupply.com/zdata-carbonfiber.htm has
this on hand, of varying thickness. Read their information about using it
and how it is made, etc. It was "nice" to work with, although
CF isn't really nice to work with at all, at least the two times I have done it.
Some makers grind it with water on the wheel and slowly, which I think
would help.
Im sure that others know more about this than I do and perhaps we can
get some more suggestions?
