Made of Bohler M390, it is a very interesting steel alloy. It is similar to A11 with substituting cobalt for manganese. It is 2.45% carbon. 4.15% chrome, 2.00% cobalt, 3.75% molybdenum .55% silicone, 1% tungsten and 9.00% Vanadium. Properly heat treated that would make for an awesome knife blade. That is a lot of carbide forming elements and the cobalt and silicone would add some toughness. Their website though says it is out of stock and unavailable.
