Thanks everyone. CRex, took me a minute, good eye. I have gone to simpler sheaths without tooling because I get a much cleaner look. I'm still learning leather for sure.

I've wanted to make this knife for a long time.




The shape of the blade was almost forced on me because I wanted to feather to emerge from the handle and end in the tip. When it was roughed out, I didn't like it much. By the time the grind was done I had changed my mind and really liked it. I've been saving this unusual piece of desert ironwood for a couple years for something special.
