Basically that is all that you need for doing arrowhead filework. One thing that will help is to grind one side of the triangle files teeth off that way you will have two very sharp cutting angles. Use the round files to do the arrowhead base and the oval cuts for where it would be tied down. then use the triangle file to make the cuts on both sides of the heads tip. When I do arrowhead filework I usually use the round file to make a second cut below the arrowheads base, this just adds a little definition to the filework.
