I just...

...wanted to compliment the makers work that I have seen on the Brazilian Bladesmiths website. Many of the knives that I see there are amongst my absolute favorites. I love many of the very original damascus patterns that the Brazilian bladesmiths are doing.

I am a collector of bowies and will definitely be taking a further look at adding some knives from these great makers to my collection.

It sure would be nice if you guys would post lots of pictures of your work on this forum. I want to see more and I am sure that others do as well. I know that there are quite often pictures posted in The Display Case, but they are mixed in with others. Here you would know that you would only be seeing the knives of the Brazilian makers. This was just a suggestion, but I really do want to see much more of the work from these exceptionally talented makers and of other Brazilian makers that are not on the website as well.

Thank you very much for your kind words gentleman.

The Brazilian Bladesmiths website is a growing team, there are at least two new friends who will be joining us soon. From now on I will double post every picture update, meaning it will go on the Display Case and here. Always look for a Brazilian Bladesmiths title thread.

You can also send an e-mail do info@brazilianbladesmiths.com.br and subscribe for our newsletter. You will then be notified whenever new pics are added and whenever we have new blades available.

Something sold this week that I didn?t have time to show:

Specs are at: http://www.brazilianbladesmiths.com.br/availble.htm

That spear point bowie by Luciano Chaves is one of the nicest knives I have seen. The work being done by Brazilian Bladesmiths is the amongst the finest I have seen. If you can't tell, I am mightily impressed.

I just left one of our team mates (not Chaves though) on the phone. He was, just as I am, touched by your comments. It is very rewarding to have this feedback from such guys like you.
