Por favor me d?m uma dica:
Usa-se alguma resina para conservar o polimento de guardas, Habaki, etc... confeccionados em lat?o ou cobre?
Obrigado

I hope I understand your question correctly and I will try to answer. Such fittings tarnish due to oxidation. this is normal exposure to air and moisture. To stop this I have seen people dip the parts in a preservative like urathane, varnish, etc. but this makes the situation worse later as the finish wears off some areas of the part and not others. It is best to just keep polised or shined using Simichrome or Flitz and use a light covering of special wax. Brass is not well thought of by some and is hard to keep from tarnishing. A lot of makers favor 416 stainless (inox) for this reason. Mokume and other type parts are special in that as the material ages it gains patina. To remove such coloring may reduce the value. Someone who is more familiar with the japanese style may have better advice. Obrigado John
