Couple from the Show

Here are a couple of pics of knives I took to the Gulf Coast Custom knifemakers show.
There were alot of fantastic makers and great knives there.



7 inch blade of edge quenched O-1
Tiger maple handle and sheath
Nickel silver fittings



6.75 inch blade of edge quenched O-1
Thuya burl scales
stainless fittings
vine filework on handle and blade



7 inch blade of polished 1095/15n20 damascus
stainless guard
maple burl handle



10 inch file steel blade
mild steel guard
anodized titanium spacers
cocobolo scales

Those are gorgeous! I particularaly like the middle two with the 2nd from the top being my favorite for sure. The sheaths look great as well.

Love that slanted guard, looks very comfortable.

I see that these are for sale over in the makers for sale forum. If I had the cash I'd be buyin that knife I like so much. But alas I'm a poor knife maker.

Those are great looking knives. I hate that I didn't get to make it to the show but I had Granpaw duties.

I really like these knives! That tiger maple is just georgeous in the sheath and handle!! But they are all really nice!!

Take my word for it folks, having seen those knives at the show, they look even better "in person". The Tiger Maple combo is a very sweet piece of work.
