damascus and camel bone hunter
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here's one i finished a few days ago. It's 15n20 and 1080. The o.a. is 8 7/8'', with a blade that's 4''.(tip to plunge) It's about 1'' at the choil. This knife has a great feel, and the combo of steels should make the flat ground blade a real super cutter. The handles are camel bone with nickle silver pins. The sheath will have some simple tooled pattern, and will be dyed walnut brown with the home made dye i made from the hulls i saved so far this year. Real nice color, and it is an alcohol based dye. |

Very nice, looks like it would be very comfortable in the hand . The camel goes well with the damascus.
