Tai, sounds like you almost want the whole foot. Do you want skin and all or just bones and talon? I will keep looking, since this post is over a year old it does not seem you are in too much of a hurry.

Chuck, yes skin and all. Here's a link to a pic of a classic rhea toe knife. It's pretty much the same thing as ostrich.
