maroon mycarta?

Has anyone had trouble getting linen mycarta in maroon? I called the company that I get mycarta from (Angus-Campbell)and found out that the maroon color has been discontinued.
That's too bad, it makes a beautiful handle especially with nickle or stainless bolsters.

I just recently purchased a dozen sets of slabs from Koval Knives. They refer to it as "red", but it's actually "maroon" or "burgundy".



It's difficult to show exact colors with web images, but this will give you an idea. You can check their website at:

Call what you want as long as I can get it. That is my favorite color of micarta. Maybe i had better find some and buy it just in case.
