Question Paragon trouble

My Paragon, 14 inch, has quit all of sudden to etch for me. There is no fuse, at least that I see and I think I get some notice when I put the ground against the etch leg. I have to get this going and am lost. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried contacting someone at Paragon to help you troubleshoot the problem?
