Sorocaba

Hello Friends,

I?ve made this knife some days ago and it was an old dream. This model is a very traditional Brazilian knife named ? Sorocabana? or ? Sorocaba? . I normally make one model a little bit different, a carbon steel integral knife, but this time I?ve made a Damascus Integral. The blade has 9 1/2" long.
The scales are stabilized maple burl and there are some Damascus furniture at the sheath.
I hope you enjoy it .

Thank's

Wow ! A very grand, yet hard-working look. I love these South American styles. Jason.

Really, a great work!

The Sorocaba style it's very nice, but with damascus steel, this knife it's wonderful!

A great looking knife, Ricardo. I like it very much. I have seen a couple of your integral sorocabanas and this one is the nicest so far. The pattern welded steel is outstanding.

Excellent Knife, Dreaming about the things we would like to make is so very important! This is one of the most beautiful of this traditional style knife I have seen to date, a real hard worker for sure! Thanks for sharing it.

Very nice indeed! More and more I am favoring this type of blade. Very keen slicer I would bet!
