Walrus ivory tusk

I aquired a walrus tusk a few months ago and have been on the fence about
cutting it up for folder scales. I wanted to see if anyone might be interested in it for bowie handles. It measures 10-3/4 in long. The large end measures 2 inches wide and 7/8in thick. The small end measures 1-1/8in wide and 9/16 thick. I think that you could get 2 nice bowie handles out of it and still have some left over for folder scales. The color is mostly cream with a couple of
brown streaks in it. No cracks and the dentin layer is thick. I have
attached some pics.
Price is $440 shipped.
Let me know.
Regards,
Chuck
