WOW!!! 8o
Now there's some VERY nice lines involved, and a lot of delicacy to compliment. Ron, you've got talent up the wazoo! I love those sweeping bolsters. Great work! Cop |

I watched this fantastic knife come along since it's inception! I hope you can imagine what it was like to observe (and handle) this knife nearly every step of the way...and Ron made it look so easy.
Just from watching, I could see from the beginning that Ron had a clear vision in his head. He had some very specific thoughts as to how the blade should curve, how it should interact with handle, and so on...The one thing I missed was the big finish,... and that part we all got to see and enjoy at the same time! Ron, it's great,...really great! Note: Ron forgot to mention that the filework in the liners was inspired by something I showed him...a gift made by Tim Herman for my daughter...a small, fileworked, metal plaque with her name engraved. Ron and I spent some time one afternoon trying to figure out Tim's impossibly delicate pattern. Ron made his own variation on a theme here, but we both learned from Tim's example...the knowledge passes on... Ron, I can't wait to see this in person when you get back from your trip...way to go buddy! Dennis Yeah Baby! |

Ron and I were discussing the focus problem with these pics, (not unlike the problems I've had of late with mine). Sometimes s**t happens...especially it seems when you/re trying to take a picture that looks something like your knife!
Trust me when I tell you, these pics don't begin to do this knife justice! Dennis Yeah Baby! |
