Blue Walrus Ivory Auto
Just finished this up. I think it is one of my nicest autos to date. I had it displayed at a show today and it was mistaken for another very well known auto makers work.
Blade is 2-7/8in double flat ground in a persian style. Made of Devin Thomas fireball pattern damascus. Matching front and rear bolsters. Scales are grade A++ blue and white walrus ivory. The coloring is so good it looks like marble! Fully fileworked liners, backbar, screws and latch. I fileworked leaves ont he backbar with stems and veins in them, i'll try to get a good pic of them tomorrow. Gold anodized liners and blue anodized spring. Overall length is 6-78in. Thanks for looking, Chuck __________________ A knife is no More Than an Iron Tooth! Visit me at the Chesapeake show Dec 9th. Member of the Knifemakers Guild!
