looking for artificial ivory or bone........

looking for suggestions for suppliers of artificial ivory and bone colored handle material..........

have used a few , looking for alternatives

As you probably know, pretty much all of the regular knife supply house carry some type of the materials you're interested in. Aside from them, Mascraft probably has more artificial bone and antler than most anyone else:

I am trying out a product called Elforyn, sold by companies that supply pool cue builders. So far it ooks pretty good. But I haven't finished a knife yet with it.

Bob, this is the stuff Steve mentioned, and they have a bunch of other stuff like G10 and Micarta, round, slabs, etc. Check it out.
