New one , Damasteel and briar root.

Hi everybody !

I just finished this knife in a Scandinavian style today. It has a 100 mm (3.9") long and 30 mm (1.2") wide Damasteel blade which is hollow ground.Thickness 3.2 mm. The pattern is Odins eye which I like alot . Handle is made of briar root , mammoth ivory, black fiber spacers and sterling silver spacers.Total length is 215 mm (almost 8.5" )Sheath is made of German halftanned leather and has a damascus button on the _ _ _ _ _ _(what?s it called in English?)
Mattias Styrefors was kind enough to give me a damascus bar (about 1/2" square) when I visited his shop. I slice it and solder a 3 mm silver pin on it then file then button to whatever pattern you like. The backside has a round damascus washer and it?s then pinned together. I just wish I could take better photos because the pattern on the button and blade could show better.

And some details :

Thanks for looking !
