"Native Dancers" Coral Folder
Hi fellows! I know many of you don't make it over to the KitKnives forum so at the risk of being redundant, here's some pics of my latest post over there.
This is the new GX6 model kitknife from Darrel Ralph. It's a really honey of a little folder...and a lot of real estate on the handle for me to "do my thing". In this case I got my hands on some apple coral that has a great figure going on...what looks to be like dancing men, such as one might find on the walls of a cave...very cool! I added the "crown" in the butt, and made a fileworked stainless spine. And something new for me,...the screws are fileworked as well!...Really adds a nice effect to the overall knife. No matter how I photograph it, I can't do this one justice. Those coral scales are just too nice in person...wish you could see 'em.8o Hope you like it... Dennis Yeah Baby! |
