Damascus Heat Treatment Question

If someone were to use the Damascus that the knife suppliers have and use the stock removal method to shape the knife, is it possible to heat treat this at home using a heat treatment oven (Paragon) and be successful?

Absolutely! It wouldn't have to be "forged" to be able to be HT and tempered the normal way for the steel that's in it. You'd want to use the manufacturers suggestions for the numbers.
