Need help/info/input on knife and need it built

This the link to my photo bucket, im looking for a fixed blade, full tang with a bottle opener/glass breaker butt, rope cutter just before the handle, can opener on top near the front and a bevel in the middle like some hunting knives I've seen to lighten the blade a bit. Also with a paracord handle
