1075 Axe

Here is an Axe I made in the last couple of Days...It is my first one, I have ever made. It came out pretty good.Just got back from my Backyard testing it!! Man, is this axe sharp!...Thanks for Looking!!

Steel......3/16 ...1075 Steel... Ht by me...Antiqued by me

Overall Length..... 12 1/2"

Handle Length......6" Paela Wood

Pins......3/16" Brass Pins

Head......From end of spike to end of Blade 6 1/4"

Very nice work
It kind of reminds me of a small firemans ax.
How did you Heat treat, just edge quench or
fully harden.
