Need a little help identifying this knife...

Needing to find out a little more about this knife. From what I can tell it is a Schatt and Morgan, judging by the little shield like emblem. It is a single blade and is right about an inch long closed. The case or pouch has a bottle opener, file and straight razor attatched. It's a pretty neat little knife and I have been trying to find a little more information on it, but unfortunatly I haven't been able to find much. Does anyone possibly have any ideas on where to look or maybe even how old this could be? Thank you =)
