My favorite knife that I've ever made

I've been a knife maker since early spring 2017. Recently, my quality has shot up in some fantastic "growth spurt" if you will. Here's my favorite knife. I finished it on Dec 30, 2017.

This is a golok I made from an old high-carbon saw blade. 800 grit belt finish on the bevels with mustard patina, and burl handle scales finished with BLO and held on by brass pins. It's quite the performer. I did some test cutting with it today and it worked incredibly well.

Nice! Love those moments of discovery and when the execution brings a when done.

Has that rustic look that some people really like. Be careful with the scales as I assume since you used boiled linseed oil they're not stabilized and there's nothing wrong with that as I seldom use stabilized wood either, but it's more prone to chipping and such, but I don't recall that the western pioneers used stabilized wood either.
Nice job Logan, well executed, but I have a question; Is there a reason you didn't take the bevel all the way to the back of the blade? That's just something I'd do so don't go by me.
